For seventy years Elcometer has been a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of inspection equipment to the coatings, concrete and metal detection industry.
Ever since the first Elcometer gauge was manufactured in 1947, our philosophy has been to provide industry leading, innovative, high quality products; supported by a best-in-class customer experience at a competitive price. By concentrating on these core values, Elcometer has grown into a global network with representation in over 170 countries.
In 2018 Elcometer expanded its product range to include blast equipment. Developed alongside Elcometer’s sister company, Blast Equipment Limited (BEL), the range is the culmination of over 35 years of design, manufacture, sales and service of portable abrasive blast machines (ABMs) globally.
With a range of products specifically developed to meet the needs of the coatings and blasting industry, Elcometer is well positioned to provide you with the solution to your requirements - whatever and wherever they might be.
Elcometer 112 & 3236 Hexagonal Wet Film Combs (Stainless Steel) These hexagonal precision formed stainless steel wet film combs are long lasting, reusable and supplied in a range of thicknesses measuring up to 3000μm. These six-sided combs vary in size, giving either 24 or 36 measurement steps, depending upon the comb, thus providing increased accuracy.

The Elcometer 114 Dewpoint Calculator provides accurate values of Dewpoint and Relative Humidity (RH) from the wet and dry bulb temperatures measured by a Whirling or Sling Hygrometer. The range of the Elcometer 114 is -10°C to 50°C and has an accuracy of ±1% with respect to standard tables.
The Elcometer 119 Pipe Pit Gauge is a small pocket-sized gauge designed to identify the condition of a pipe. The gauge is placed horizontally on the surface of the pipe and the stylus is positioned into the base of the corrosion pit. The gauge shows the pit depth compared with the actual pipe wall thickness. It is essential importance to pipe coaters, enabling them to make a quick assessment of the condition of pipework. Imperial units only.
The Elcometer 122 Testex® Replica Tape is designed to provide a permanent mould of the surface profile, which can then be measured using a thickness gauge. ( 50 tests in each Replica Tape roll)
This simple gauge has been designed to provide inspectors with a low cost alternative to a graduated microscope for determining the width of a crack in concrete or other building materials.
